LS-400 Linear Stage

LS-400 Linear Stage

About the LS-400

The LS-400 Linear Microscope Stage is a high-precision, long-travel positioning platform designed for advanced imaging and analytical applications. Its closed-loop DC servo control on the X, Y, and Z axes обеспечивает smooth, accurate motion with micron-scale repeatability. A wide dynamic speed range with adjustable trapezoidal motion profiles allows both rapid scanning and fine positioning, while electronic torque limiting and Hall-effect sensors provide reliable built-in protection.

With a 400 mm travel range and encoder resolution down to 5.0 nm (200 nm with linear encoder repeatability), the LS-400 delivers consistent, high-resolution performance across large samples and complex setups. Lead screw accuracy of up to 0.25 µm/mm ensures precise positioning, while maximum speeds up to 1.75 mm/s (fine pitch) balance control and efficiency.

Multiple lead screw pitch options allow users to prioritize either speed or precision, from ultra-coarse for fast motion to fine for nanoscale control. Combined with dual-range joystick operation, programmable motion patterns, and compatibility with simple serial commands or Micro-Manager, the LS-400 integrates easily into automated systems without requiring proprietary software.
