Multi-Immersion Objectives

ASI has developed four objective lenses designed for high-resolution imaging of cleared tissue samples, including ASI’s ct-dSPIM.

These dipping objectives function in any refractive index media without a correction collar because of their unique curved first surface, which also ensures that the focal plane does not shift with changes in refractive index.

They are robust to harsh media including DBE and BABB.

They are useful applications where very long working distance or RI matching is important.
