Description
A dipping objective lens designed for light sheet microscopy of cleared tissue samples, including ASI’s ct-dSPIM. This objective works in any refractive index media without a correction collar because of a unique curved first surface. It is robust to immersion in harsh media including DBE and BABB.
Multi-immersion objective, 12 mm WD, NA 0.4 @ RI 1.45, EFL 12 mm @ RI 1.45.
Designed RI range 1.33 to 1.56, 62 mm parfocal distance, M25 threads.
Extended wavelength coating 400-1300 nm.
