The LS-100 Linear Microscope Stage is a compact, high-performance positioning solution designed for applications requiring precision motion over shorter travel ranges. Utilizing closed-loop DC servo control on the X, Y, and Z axes, the LS-100 delivers smooth, accurate positioning with micron-scale repeatability. Its wide dynamic speed range and adjustable trapezoidal motion profiles enable both rapid movement and fine control, while electronic torque limiting and Hall-effect sensors provide dependable built-in protection.

With a travel range of 100 mm and encoder resolution down to 5.6 nm, the LS-100 offers consistent, high-resolution performance in a compact footprint. Lead screw accuracy of 0.25 µm/mm ensures reliable positioning, while maximum speeds up to 5.5 mm/s (with fine pitch configuration) make it well suited for both precise alignment and faster scanning tasks. A maximum recommended load of 10 kg further supports a wide range of microscopy and instrumentation setups.

Multiple lead screw pitch options allow users to optimize the stage for either speed or precision, from ultra-coarse configurations for rapid motion to fine pitches for enhanced control.
