Description
A dipping objective lens designed for light sheet microscopy of cleared tissue samples, including ASI’s ct-dSPIM. This objective works in any refractive index media without a correction collar because of a unique curved first surface. It is robust to immersion in harsh media including DBE and BABB.
10 mm WD, NA 0.7 @ RI 1.45, EFL 8.4 mm @ RI 1.45.
Designed RI range 1.33 to 1.56, 83 mm parfocal distance, M25 threads.
Standard wavelength coating 480-1000 nm.
