Transillumination Mount
The transillumination mount is a simple yet flexible solution that attaches directly to an XY stage for illuminating a sample from above. It accommodates choice of LED assembly with user-adjustable positioning for centering above an inverted objective, for instance in FTP applications. It also features a built-in and height-adjustable light shielding panel that easily swings out of the way for sample loading and optional laser interlock capability.
57-12-5 Multi-Immersive Objective
The fourth objective in ASI’s lineup of multi-immersion objectives is now available. It has the highest numerical aperture of the group, NA 1.20 with RI 1.52, allowing for sub-cellular resolution in cleared specimens. It has a 3.3 mm working distance. Like the other ASI multi-immersion objectives, it operates seamlessly across a wide range of refractive index with no change in focal plane position.
LS-100-HLE Heavy Lift Stage
ASI’s Heavy Lift stage is the newest addition to ASI’s lineup of proven linear stages. It can lift up to 20 kg while maintaining sub-micron repeatability and speeds up to 5.5 mm/s when configured with two stages in tandem with a platform between them. The LS-100-HLE system can easily lift entire microscope assemblies, very large samples, or can be used in any situation where speed and accuracy are needed for heavy objects. It can also be used in horizontal applications.
Cube-Based Laser Scanner
Compact and affordable 1D scan unit can be swapped into an existing C60-CUBE-III to scan a laser beam, for instance to generate a digital sheet for a light sheet fluorescence microscope. The beam is deflected by an electrically-driven resonant mirror operating at a fixed frequency.
Single-Objective Light Sheet
The microscope enables 4D fluorescence imaging of biological samples at high speed and low light dose with conventional sample mounting. Previously such a microscope had to be home-built; now ASI is making this transformative technology broadly available in collaboration with Leica Microsystems.
Six Position Filter Wheel
The FW-1000 6-position filter wheel holds 32 mm filters. This new model has the same compact design as the 8-position filter wheel, as well as fast speed and low vibration operation. The 6-position filter wheel is particularly useful with larger camera sensors.
CJ-5075 Cube Jack
The Cube Jack 5075 positions and supports C60-CUBES or MIM clamps from either directly beneath, 50 to 75 mm above the table, or with a central post for offset support with a greater range of postioning. It is compatible with both metric and imperial optical tables in addition to Toe Clamps. The Cube Jack is made of anodized aluminum with fine pitch (RMS) threads and comes standard with a lock nut.
AFS-800 Focus Adjuster
Non-rotating length adjustment with 8 mm travel and 30 mm aperture. Female RING mounts on both sides. 41 mm length +/- 4 mm. It can be combined with C60-RING-30 mm and C60-RING-C-MALE to make an adjustable C-mount adapter with 8 mm of travel, which is useful for bringing multiple cameras into co-focus.

I-3078-R Rotating Coverslip Insert
The I-3078-R insert accepts a rectangular dish with a maximum bottom outside dimension of 76.2 mm x 50.8 mm (3.00” x 2.00”), and places it about 6.7 mm below the top of the insert. The I-3078-R is designed to allow rotating freely our stainless steel I-3078-2450 coverglass rectangular chamber. This autoclavable dish holds a replaceable 50 mm x 24 mm (1.97” x 0.95”) coverglass bottom, sealed in place by an O-ring. Ease of access side slots. Spring clips for secure stability. Dishes do not come with insert.

I-3091-P Piezo Insert
The I-3091-P insert has been designed to perfectly fit any piezo top plate, avoiding damages to the edges of the insert. It has two adjustable sliders to hold different sized slides, dishes up to 70 mm (2.75”), or a LabTek™ chambered slide. The bottoms of the slides or dishes are recessed about 7.3 mm below the top.

New compact 3D/4D Stage
This stage has been designed to move samples around fixed optics. It incorporates three ASI linear stages (XYZ axes) and an optional motorized rotating stage.
Microinjector Pipette Holder MIMPH-MPIP KIT
It has been designed to hold glass drawn micropipettes in a stable, easy to mount, easy to clean, autoclaveable, stainless steel body.
