Tips on using Scanalytics
IPLab Eval v3.53
with ASI's MS-2000 Controllers

• To select device (required):

1. From main menu bar,


choose: Control/Select Devices...
2. From the XY Stage drop-down:


select Ludl-XY Stage
3. From the Z Stage drop-down
     (if applicable):


select Ludl-XY Stage



• To set speed and acceleration (optional):
1. From main menu bar


choose Control/Ludl XYZ Settings...


2. In the Speed section:

(ASI denotes these values as approximate mm/sec)
change X to: 8,
  and set button to #
change Y to: 8,
  and set button to #
change Z to: 1,
  and set button to #


3. In the Acceleration section:

(ASI denotes these values as approximate time in
milliseconds to accelerate to maximum speed)
change X to: 50,
  and set button to #
change Y to: 50,
  and set button to #
change Z to: 50,
  and set button to #

Note: Out-of-range entries yield undefined behavior.


• When operating "Ludl-XY Stage" dialog from toolbar:
• Ensure that "Poll X,Y Position" check box is checked.
