ASI offers a number of photometric components as well as complete photometric systems, including our FluarQuant software package.
We also offer systems that can easily be integrated with a wide range of common electrophysiology / patch-clamp packages such as Axon Instrument's P-Clamp and HEKA's Pulse package. The complete system only requires ±10 vdc to drive the excitation source (i.e., to select the wavelength), and the detectors provide a 0-to-10 vdc output to quantify emission intensity. With only one D/A and one A/D channel needed, integrating the system with any existing system is quite easy.
These systems are usually used with a scanning monochromator such as a TILL Polychrome™ illumination system as the excitation source. However, stand-alone packages are also available that contain a control unit, Viewfinder assembly, and detector. We offer various detector options to suit your specific application. Detectors include photomultiplier tubes, as well as a solid-state photodiode.
