ASI offers a wide range of products for micropositioning. We provide both DC servo motor and stepper motor stages with travel distances beyond 380 x 380 mm, and are some of the finest in the world. In fact, our highly accurate MS-2000 and MS-4000 units with linear encoders can provide resolutions of 20 nm, and repeatability factors down to 300 nm in the XY coordinates. We can also add piezo elements to obtain much finer resolutions; for example, our PZ-2000 and PZU-2000 stages have piezo elements incorporated in the top plate.
Our SZ-2000 automates stereo zoom microscopes by combining motorized focus, automated zoom control, and even automated XY translation stage choices, with optional footswitch control.
For large XY stage systems, ASI offers the MS-8000 model with 200 x 200 mm of travel. Even larger stages are available -- contact us with your particular requirements.
Our MT-2000 XYZ-Theta adds a rotary stage as fourth axis on top of an XY stage, and our Gantry Translation Stages combine large-scale rapid motion with micron-scale resolution.
In situations that require stepper motor devices, ASI can provide open-loop stepper motor versions of many of our stages, focus controllers, and linear positioners.
We also offer very precise linear actuators, manual XY and rotary stages, and a wide range of micromanipulation products.
