If you have a controller with a Joystick , and you get

No JS X:0
No JS Y:0

On serial out . Chances are the Joystick connector might have come undone during shipping. You can check if the connector this secure by opening the controller lid.

The Lid can be removed by unscrewing 6 screws , marked in the images below.

The Screws can be unscrewed with a Star or Philips screw driver.

The Joystick connector is shown in the picture above. Press on it to make sure if its secure.

Power the controller up and check if the joystick is responsive. If not contact ASI .
