ASI has limited official support for MATLAB which is captured in a set of LabView VIs found at https://www.asiimaging.com/support/downloads/ms-2000-control-using-nis-labview-and-the-serial-port/.

Behind the scenes everything works based on exchanging serial messages with the ASI controllers.  See our [[command_quick_start|Quick Start on Serial Commands]] page if functionality is required that is not explicitly implemented in the LabView VIs.
