A mode command that influences subsequent commanded moves.  If ''X=1'', then upon completion of a commanded XY move ([[commands:move|MOVE]] and [[commands:movrel|MOVREL]]), for example, <wrap cmd> MOVE X=123 Y=456 </wrap>, a multi-axis controller will then automatically initiate an auto-focus.

''Y=1'' enables the [[:filter_and_turret_changer#safe_turret_retract_z_before_move|SAFE_TURRET]] module. ''Y=0'' disables it.
