ASI can assemble a number of low-to-medium throughput systems that can excite at multiwavelengths and detect the level of emitted fluorescence.
The basic system we offer is based on our FluarQuant photometry system which is a LabView-based package. This package uses a high-speed scanning monochromator as the excitation source, a sensitive PMT as the detector, and one of our precision scanning stages to move the sample. One of our economically priced video microscopes can also be incorporated for stand alone systems, or the system can be easily attached to your existing microscope. Liquid handling and other robotic components can easily be incorporated into this system.
We also work closely with our imaging partners to provide similar imaging-based systems.
